All Activity Listed Below Are In The EMPIRE BALLROOM
Unless otherwise noted.

• FRIDAY, AUGUST 19th
  • 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM: Check-In & Weigh-Ins: Empire Ballroom - "Scotland"
    • "BE PROFESSIONAL" and make your weight. We will begin weighing fighters in at 2:00 PM on Friday. This will be on a first come first serve basis. Make sure you have your physical done after you weigh-in. You will be directed to the medical area directly after you weigh-in. You need to attend the rules meeting which will immediately follow weigh-ins at 6:15 PM SHARP.
    • All Trainers Passes must be purchased at this time.
    • ALL Late Fees must be paid at this time unless already paid for.
    • SPECIAL NOTE: If you are not weighed in AND Finished with your Physical by 6:00 PM, you will be dropped from the Tournament. BE HERE EARLY To get everything Done Please.
  • 6:15 PM-7:00:PM: Welcome Introductions, Announcements & Rules Meeting: EMPIRE BALLROOM. Mandatory For ALL Fighters, Trainers, Officials and Event Staff.
  • 7:15 PM-8:30:PM: Officials Seminar: FREE to Fighters, Trainers, Officials & Event Staff. Attendance Limited: Register at weigh-ins. ROOM TBA: ______________
  • By 11:PM: Saturday Fight schedule will be posted outside the EMPIRE BALLROOM Door. Junior bouts and brackets with 5 or more fighters, be ready to be first Saturday morning.
• SATURDAY, AUGUST 20th
  • 9:00 AM: Officials Fight Assignments.
  • 9:15 AM: Bouts Begin.
  • 5:00 PM: "Approximately" - Saturday schedule ends.
  • OFFICIALS MEETING: Held directly after the Saturday bouts end.
  • By 10:PM: Sunday Fight Schedule posted in same location as above.
• SUNDAY, AUGUST 22nd
  • 9:15 AM: Officials Check-ins & Fight Assignments.
  • 9:30 AM: CHAMPIONSHIP Bouts Begin.
  • 5:PM: Sunday schedule ends. Possibly sooner or later…
